The Board of Daniel Stewart Securities plc (AIM: DAN), stockbroker and corporate finance adviser to small and medium-sized companies, has been informed that on 12 February 2010 the Old Jewry Employee Benefit Trust transferred 86,730 ordinary shares of 0.25p each (“Ordinary Shares”) in the Company to members of the staff of Daniel Stewart & Company plc in order to satisfy employee staff share awards.

Following the transfer, The Old Jewry Employee Benefit Trust is interested in 23,076,011 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.15 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
