The Board of Daniel Stewart (AIM: DAN) has been informed that on 19 December 2011 Jade Global Investments Limited completed a purchase of 19,400,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 1.25 pence per share and, as a result, is interested in a total of 19,400,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.80% of the Company's issued share capital.
