The Board of Daniel Stewart Securities plc (AIM: DAN), stockbroker and corporate finance adviser to smaller and medium-sized companies, has today been informed that, following a recent disposal, Mr Terence Galgey is now beneficially interested in 15,000,000 ordinary 0.25p shares in the Company. This holding represents approximately 5.76 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.
