Director/PDMR Shareholding/EBT Purchase
The Board of Daniel Stewart announces that on 1 April 2008, Peter Shea, Chief Executive Officer, sold 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p (“Ordinary Shares”) to his Self Invested Pension Plan at a price of 6p per share. There is, therefore, no change to his ultimate beneficial holding.
Furthermore, the Board announces that on 31 March 2008, following the acquisition of 5,851,177 Ordinary Shares, The Old Jewry Employee Benefit Trust is now interested in 26,328,177 Ordinary Shares in Daniel Stewart Securities plc, representing approximately 12.22 per cent. of the Company’s total issued share capital.
