Being part of a stockbroking business means that our Corporate Finance team has a good feel for the market and the types of companies in which institutional and other investors are seeking to invest, which enables us to give market relevant advice. We have a short client list relative to the number of staff in the department which leads to high staff-to-client ratio and high service levels with senior level involvement with clients.

 

We are relationship rather than transaction driven and try to establish long term relationships with our corporate clients and to develop an in depth understanding of their business and strategy. We have excellent relationships with the regulatory authorities as well as other professional advisers with whom we work on transactions.

 

As well as being fully conversant with all the relevant regulations that affect quoted companies, as advisers we seek to add value and provide excellent advice.

 

We have been a Nominated Adviser since December 2003 and we are approved to act as advisers to companies involved in Take-Over Code transactions. We are also approved to act as an ISDX adviser.
